Samuel B. Mundy, Procurement, instructor for the class, said that the course was presented to give training to procurement buyers. It acquainted students with basic nrincinles. terminology, regulations and pro cedures used in the buying function, he said. Top students in the class were Selby G. Tanner and Lt. A.
