Burton Brooks, electrical repair foreman, Plant Services, is the first shop foreman to complete a Methods Time Measurement course. Mr. Brooks completed the 103- hour course last week and passed test. He was the rigid eight-hou- r presented a certificate of completion by Walter A. Brink, deputy chief, Engineering Division. Mr. Brooks started working at Hill AFB in February 1942.
