Kaysville, Utah, in Money, Marbles and Chalk We note with pleasure the rise in pay for the engineering skills. Perhaps this is a preview of things to come for the rest of us even though in our hearts and minds we would like to see an end to the inflationary spiral. The sobering thought on this subject is that while the money seems to be assured, we've got to produce the marbles and chalk. In words, now that the cost has gone up, we'd just plain better increase production. We've sounded these warnings from reiterating how we could price ourselves out of the workload market in competition with the other AMA's so now we are having stark reality staring us in the face. We, the taxpayers, want nothing more than a good, honest dollar's worth of defense production for our tax dollar and management has additional responsibility for one-syllab- le time-to-tim- e, its stewardship. liiillilli Harold V.
