The two offi cials, Mr. John Watts, Director of Civilian Personnel, Headquarters, USAF, and Mr. Raymond J. Brai-tscExecutive Secretary of the Army-Ai- r Force Wage Board, paid Hill a short visit while in Utah to speak before the annual Utah Federal Personnel Conference recently held in Salt Lake City. Commenting on this installation, Mr. Watts said, "The Air Force has always been extremely proud or tne job turned in by Hill AFB ineir contribution is employees, basic and essential to the successful accomplishment of the Air Force mission.
