' try in boxes at either the Orpheum or Egytian Theatres or at the C. C. Anderson Furniture Store before ten p. m. this evening. The store receiving the most votes for first place will be declared the winner. The three people submitting entry blanks listing most nearly the three best windows selected by popular vote will receive cash prizes of $35, $25, and $15. Employes of retail stores are ineligible to participate in this contest. Radio Station KLO will award a special trophy to the store which places first in this annual affair. Spring Opening, long a popular event in Ogden, is sponsored by the Retail Merchants Division of Qgden's Chamber of Cammerce. Want to see the latest? Then, tonight is your night and the place to be is downtown Ogden. Beginning at 7 p. m., when windows are unveiled, you will be able to view the latest fashions in clothing, furniture, hardware and appliances, wallpaper and drapes for home decoration, radios and many other articles. A special feature of tonight's affair will be an automobile show. The Ogden Automobile Dealers will display many models of new 1951 cars along the boulevard beand Twenty-fift- h tween Twenty-fourt- h streets. By the sale of Easter seals and other campaigns, this society endeavors to gather together enough money to teach local crippled children to become normal, independent adults. One who knows of the good done by this society is Aleen Anderson, screening unit, supply for Aleen's son is being given a brighter future by this help. Aleen's son, bright-eye- d Jay Raymond Anderson, has been a crippled child since birth. A victim of cerebral palsy, Raymond is now receiving training and therapy treatments at a local hospital sponsored by the Society for the Physically Handicapped. Aleen is high in her praise of the .work done to help crippled youngsters learn to run and play like other children. At this school, highly trained specialists guide the crippled boys and girls along the path to recovery, she said.
