The Women's Hill AFB bowling league completed another exciting evening of bowling on September 21st. Tied for first and second place honors are "Beavers" and "Sharpies", with "Stragglers" and "Scrappers" even for third and fourth. High series on that eventful Thursday went to Nell Bridgeman with a 506. Marie Vogel had high game when she rolled 186. The 12 teams have now elected captains and decided on appropriate names, according to Bernice Slater, publicity manager.
