That's what they did Wednesday night in the Ogden League and walloped the Arsenal crew, 39 to 23. The boys settled down and played real team ball against the Arsenal, taking an early lead of 11 to 2 at the end of the first quarter and were never pushed throughout the game. They passed to each other instead of promiscuous shooting to see who would be high point man. This had devastating effect on their opponents. Forward Wall Stars The forward wall combination of Eyre, Cherry and Roberts were clicking well together and the ball was zipping through the hoop frequently, building up a big lead. At half time the Aces led, 22 to 11. Fay Eyre, capable Ace pivot man, scored high for the evening,-ringinup 17 points. Wayne Boyle and Harvey Hegstrom played beautiful ball in the back-cou- rt for the Aces. "Cubby" Bair, diminutive Ace forward, was applauded several times by the spectators for his snappy ball rustling.
