A change in bond purchasing policy for enlisted men finds the 3.75 Class B war bond allotment per month on its way out and $6.25 per month now the smallest allot tnent that can be made. Although the smaller allotment can no longer be made, soldiers who already have such a payment plan in effect and whose payments so far do not equal the price of an 118.75 bond will have the regular monthly deductions taken out of their pay until one such bond price is accumulated; then the allotment must be changed. So if an enlisted man with a Class B allotment of $3.75 has a total of $18.75 saved up by March, no further monthly deduction of $3.75 will be made from his pay i in April. However, If his March pay was the beginning of the $3.75 deductions, then that allotment will continue to be in effect L through July, when the payment of Can $18.75 bond is complete. Particular emphasis is still being placed on the Importance of ex plaining to all Hill Field military personnel the economic desirability or Increasing Class B allotments, preferably to the price of a full bond each month. - 1800-190- 0 FEBRUARY 4 "Broadway Rhythm" George Murphy Ginny Simms Lena Home Tommy Dorsey and Orch. bombing missions. overhaul, 1st Lit.
