A delicious dinner was served after which games and a program were enjoyed by Miss Rheta Sperry, Yuletide festivities held the spotlight last Thursday evening, December 15 for members of the Beta Literary Club at the home of Mrs. E. I. Wilson. Those enjoying the evening of singing and games were Mrs. Kenneth Nyman, Mrs. Milton Harmon, Mrs. Dick Wetherell, Mrs. G. Ray Phillips, Mrs. Othel Pay, Mrs. Geo. D. Haymond Jr., Mrs. A. V. After a delicious dinner, small gifts were exchanged and each member contributed $1.00 to be used to playground equipment purchase for the Nephi elementary school. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Briggs returned to Nephi on Monday from Salt Lake City to spend Christmas here.
