Booth, who became foreman of fabric cutting, flat belts, molded goods and tank linings. Frank, who came to Thermoid Western Company in January, 1948, started as an inspector and then entered the Production Planning Department when Lester F. Cox, Thermoid Executive Vice President, selected him to assist, in setting up the department. Once this was done, Mr. Cox turned the department over to Frank. In turn, Don entered the department as an assistant and now has the full responsibility on his shoulders.
