The films were on Safety and were brought to the school by members of the Salt Lake Police Department through the cooperation of the Nephi Kiwanis club. The Sophomore Hop which was held last Friday evening at the Juab High sechool gymnasium proved to be very successful. The music was furnished by the Revelers from Moroni. Everyone seemed to have a good time. The Soph omores also put on an assembly Friday morning which was to help the kids get into the spirit of the dance. The Sophomore , class should be complimented on their dance and assembly. A Carnival Dance which is be ine sponsored by the Pro Vita club will be held Friday, November 10 at 9 p. m. at the girls gymnasium at the Juab high school. The Pro Vita giris are building booths to sell candy, apples, cake pie and ice cream. There will also be a fishing pond and a bingo game, where prizes will be given to the winners. For more fun, a pie eating contest will be held The dance will be either "Stag or Date" and the prices will be five cents for every foot you are taJl, The club promises a lot of fun and a good time for everyone.
