Constant pressure is being brought to bear upon the State Department to intensify a program of brucellosis control in cattle which produces undulant fever in humans. These lines will be installed by the City under the present sewer contract, and the contractor will provide a temporary plug in the service lateral at the property line. At this point the property owner shall have the permissive right to make his sewer connection upon payment of the $110 connection charge for residences (slightly higher charge for business establishments).
