Mrs. Vinnie Dalby of Los Angeles came to Levan last week because of the serious illness of Mrs. Almira her aged mother, Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Francom k and Oliviene Christensen of visited over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. H. O. Christensen and Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Francom. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Madsen and children of Provo spent a few days here at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Francom. Mrs. Lucille Thorpe and children of Axtell spent Thursday here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Sorenson. Mrs. Louise S. James entertained a large number of friends and relatives at her home on Wednesday afternoon, the occasion being her birthday anniversary. A delicious dinner was served to Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Belliston and family of Pleasant Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Shepherd and baby of Scipio, Mrs. Nellie Orme of Ne- phi, Mrs. Phyllis Christensen of Nephi; Mrs. Louise Francom, Mrs Maud Francom, Mrs. Dulcia Francom, Mrs. Arvilla Christensen, Mrs. Sophia Bosh, Mrs. Grace Christensen, Mrs. Bessie Fraught-e- n of Evanston, Wyoming and the hostess. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Wood of Salt Lake City came down Sunday and accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Clark Wood to Holden where they spent the day with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson were honored guests at a family gathering at their home Sunday. The occasion was their birthday anniversaries.
