Disconnection. The City Electrican shall, on and between the 6th and 9th days of each month after August 1, 1940, without further notice to the delinquents sever their connections with service from the Nephi City Electric Light Plant and System. 10. Times-New- After the disconnection of the service from the Nephi City Electric Light Plant and System has been made in accordance with the foregoing rules and regulations, no further electrical service shall be given by or through the electric light plant and system of this City to any delinquent applying for the use of electrical service to the same premises until all delinquencies are paid plus a reconnection charge-o50 cents to the Treasurer of Nephi City, Utah. Upon the payment of all delinquencies plus 50 cents reconnection charge, the City Treasurer shall issue to the person making said payment a receipt therefor, upon which shall be a direction to the City Electrician of Nephi City to reconnect said premises with the service from the Nephi City Electric Light Plant and System. It shall be the duty of the City Electrician of Nephi City to make reconnections during the hours of 6:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. every day in the year save and except holidays and Sundays. The reconnection of said premises shall be made within 24 hours after receipt of said notice if received during a week day. The adoption of the foregoing rules and regulations of the Nephi City Electric Light Plant and System were moved by Councilman Ostler, seconded by Councilman Johnson, and passed upon roll call as follows: Counilman: William Burton, yes; D.
