News paper and year book editors and their staffs from almost every high school in the state were present. Many Interesting and education-addresse- s were given by such experienced people as Kenneth Conn, editor of the Salt Lake Tribune, and Les Goates, sports editor of the Deseret News. Ab Jenkins was also present and after showing a film on the subject of highway safety, he was interviewed by one of the the leading Salt Lake radio announcers. The girls who attended this convention received some very valuable and useful information concerning the publication of a year book and school paper.
