Reference is made to the complaint in this action filed A. D. on or about December 1929 for a description of the real property affected hereby. This action Is further brought to require you and the said Frank B. Scott to answer and set up what if any right, title, interest or claim you may have or assert in or to said real estate, or in or to said mortgage that was decreed to be foreclosed and sold in said former action No. 1879; and that plaintiff's title to said premises be quieted against the claims of you and each of the defendants in this action, save so far as pleaded and established by the decree of the Court in this action.
