The Board of County Commissioners of Juab County, State of; Utah, ordains as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful tor any person, firm or corporation to open up, conduct, or maintain any garage, service station, refreshment stand or skating rink in Juab Coun ty outside the incorporated cities and towns of said county without first obtaining a license therefor as here inafter provided. Section 2. Before a license stall be granted for the operation of any of the businesses enumerated in Section 1 hereof application in wrlt- ng under oath shall be filed with the county clerk ,whch application shall set forth the location where such business is to be conducted, the name of the owner or owners, and the names of all persons who will have charge of the conduct of such business, together with any other information required by the county clerk concerning the operation of same. Section 3. The license fee for conducting the businesses mentioned in Section 1 hereof shall be ten dollars per quarter for each garage, service station, refreshment stand, or skata ing rink: Provided, that where license is asked for by the day, a fee of one dollar a day may be charged. No license shall be Issued until the fee therefor shall be paid into the country treasury. Section 4.
