Friday night the annual "Get Ac quainted" party was held in the Judge Burton, adjourned court Tuesday afternoon until October 15th. A number of cases on the reg ular calendar were held over until this date on account of not being ready to go to trial at this time. The court disposed of a number of cases this week before adjournment. In the case of the State of Utah vs Victor Roso and Pedro Hernandez, which were tried in the city court and fined, but no disposition taken of the liquor and utensils. The court thereupon ordered all liquor taken under the search warrant distroyed and charged the officers to make a return to the court with his action endorsed thereon. In the matter of the estate and guardianship of Ruth Grover et al minors, the petition for sale of real estate as filed by the guardian was approved by the court. In the case of A. M. Seamona vs Henry Miller, the plaintiff being represented by J. H JtfcKnighf., and the defendant by P. N.
