Phippen of the Mutua; Improvement Messenger of Salt Lake is getting out an illustrated supplement of the Times showing some of the undesirable premises of our town, and also by way of contrast giving a picture of a model back yard. Mr. Phippen in company with health commissioner S. G. Paul is doing much good in Salt Lake in the campaign for a cleaner and more sanitary city.
