Columbus, S. C Granting th mother's plea for the custody of her two little children, the supreme court of South Carolina on Tuesday handed down a decision in favor of Mrs. B. R. Tillman, Jr., who sought to recover her two little girls, Douschka Pickens Tillman and Sarah Stark Tillman, from the possesison of Senator and Mrs. B. R. iillman. The decision is based on the ground, that the deed of transfer by B. R. Tillman, Jr., was Invalid as applied to the mother, the act under which It waa made being in violation of the state and federal constitution. The court, therefore granted the application for habeas corpus.
