Golds-brong- visited some places that I had not visited for a number of years. found wonderful improve- ments; but after looking over all the development made by some of the towns that I knew a few years ago I am more than ever convinced that there is no place in the world that has the same opportunity to offer as has Utah. I have had a good time but I am glad to get back to Salt Lake City and Utah. If the people of this state would take cognizance of their opportunities, the great r part of which none of us know, it would be but a few years before this state would have a population more than double what it is today, and even then the newcomers would be wondering why they did not come years before and would be sending word to their friends to 'come to Utah.' This is what is going to happen to Utah' within the next few years. I know of no place where the chances for success are so great as those which Utah offers; the hiding of the candle under a bushel, cannot go on much longer in this state.
