BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NEPH1 CITY, UTAH : SECTION I,- - T h a t the assessment heretofore levied by an ordinance passed July 8th, 1913, as amended August 6. 1913 on the property in Sidewalk Paving District No. 3 and more particularly described as follows, All property abutting on the east side of Lots 1 and 4, Block 21, Plat t: "A."
