ART APPRECIATION All pictures now hanging in the halls of the Delta Junior and Senior High are from the school's own collection. Some of the pictures have small metal plates that tell about the presentation. Others have inscriptions on the backs. Most of the pictures were bought with school funds. Mr. Glen Seegmiller, former principal, prin-cipal, stated that one year Superintendent Paxton gave him $100.00 to be spent for the school. Mr. and Mrs. Seegmiller Seeg-miller went to Salt Lake City City and spent one day picking pick-ing out several framed prints. Later other pictures were purchased pur-chased from time to time. . A few pictures, such as the lovely nature scene in the library, li-brary, are gifts from classes. This painting by Myrtis Peterson Peter-son Benion was commissioned by the seniors, classmates of Linda Shurtz, as a memoriam. Also, in the library is an original ori-ginal painting by Floyd E.
