Brough who served as a member mem-ber of that Legislature. Representative Brough served on the Fish & Game, Judiciary, Revenue and Taxation, State, Federal and Military Affairs Committees. He was a dedicated, hardworking, hard-working, articulate legislator. He was an able debater on the floor of the House and exhibited the courage of his convictions in the face of opposition. Men with these qualifications perform a valuable role in the legislative leg-islative process. I believe with the past years experience Dick is better bet-ter qualified to represent the people of his area. I would be pleased to work with him in the next session of the Legislature.
