Shipley At Sunday night meeting, High Councilman Jerald Lovell and A. M. Harder were the speakers. La Priel Lovell gave a reading, the three Lovell boys sang a trio. Mrs. Lovell gave a piano, solo. Activity awards were given to Aaronic Priesthood boys. A missionary farewell dance will be held Saturday night March 16 at the recreation hall. Cecil Jacob-son Jacob-son will enter the mission home March 20. All are invited to attend. Those attending conference at Del ta Saturday night are urged to attend the dance after the con-' ference session. I Mr. and Mrs. Leon Alldredge report a new daughter born at the St. George hospital March 6. They live at Overton, Nev. Little brother Shane, is visiting with grandpar- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Lovell. Mrs. Parley Elder is at a hospital in Salt Lake after being at Payson hospital last week. Her condition is not very good. We all hope for her speedy recovery. Mr. Elder is in Salt Lake with her. Mrs. Bruce (LuJean) Lovell is improving. She left the hospital Saturday but will remain at her brother's home in Salt Lake for awhile. Bruce spent Saturday, Sunday Sun-day and Monday in Salt Lake. Mr. Monan Lovell has reenlisted in the Air Force. He has moved his family to Ogden as his assignment assign-ment is at the Hill Air Force Base. Mr. and Mrs. Merton Lovell and Pauline Lovell spent the weekend In Oak City from Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Densley of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Wilburn Olsen of Orem and Scott Sheriff from Ely, Nev., where he is employed, em-ployed, all spent Saturday and Sunday with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Sheriff. They celebrated the 13th birthday of their brother Evan while home. Sutherland's 3-act play "Blues On the Run" was presented Wednesday Wed-nesday evening and was a very enjoyable comedy. Parents of the members of the cast and other visitois flora Sutheiland were present. Mrs. Ralph Christensen returned home with her little new daughter, born Monday, March 4 at Delta hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Duane Finlinson and family are happy to tell of the arrival of a new son born March 7th at Delta hospital. There were many Oak City people peo-ple at the High Priests' banquet at Delta Thursday evening and report a very fine supper and program, ihe unusual candle light setting nade a very special and well-re-aei..bered evening. Hiss Jean Bracken and her mother from St. John visited Mr. vnd Mrs. Fred (Margene) Ander-on Ander-on Saturday. Specially was their visit to see the new little daughter of the Anderson's. Mrs. Alta Alldredge reports a ittle new girl grandchild. The parents par-ents are Mr. and Mrs. Ted Clark.
