We hope everyone will help to make it a success. Dorothy Tolbert is acting as the dance leader for the Sophomore Swing of the Delta High School to be held Friday of this week. Sunday night in sacrament meet ing, Branch President Clifferd Peter sen called five speakers from the conCTeeation. They were Alva Young, Dorothy Tolbert, Lee Talbot, Gladys Tolbert and Nayon Young. None of the talks were very long but were interesting never-the-less. Lee Talbot is home after a couple of months in Los Angeles doing carpenter work. I haven't heard if he is going back there or not. Clinton Tolbert from Delta is helping to work on the church and I've noticed several of our town men working there lately. Among them are Clark Bliss, Karl Murray, Sherman and Lloyd Tolbert and Clifferd Petersen. The new windows and doors are in and really look nice. One more class room is ready o be used, however it may be a little chilly in there, yet. We are having some real cold winter weather but can sure notice the days getting longer. Not too long until spring begins to show up (at least . Ground hog Day is arriving next week). Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Cropper are announcing the arrival of a granddaughter, grand-daughter, on January 26 at Charlottesville, Char-lottesville, Virginia.
