Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hill and daughte, from California, came up for the Deer Hunt and a visit with his brother and Vamily, the Art Hills. Also Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hill from Ely, Nevada, came over for the Hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Art Hill entertained them all for a big family get-together dinner on Thursday night, with their sister nd husband, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mienhardt. Mrs. Shiriee Shields came in from Garrison, where they are living now. and spent the weekend with ' their parents, Mr. and Mrs. George . Jenson and Mr. and Mrs. Kodj Shields. Mrs. Bob Jenson and Jim-, a visit. Mr. and Mrs. LeAuer SMe'ds moved to Garrison a month n) to work this winter. E'aine Done from Salt lake City is spending a week home with her Barents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Done. Mr. and ?Trs. Oorjre Jensor. I made a trip to Salt Lake City to take Verla for a check-up and remove re-move the stitches from her leg. Mr. and Mrs. Frelen Shurtz met Mr. and Mrs. Gillbert Moss and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Moss from Salt Lake City, over in the hills and all went Deer hunting together. llalph Jensen from Logan, came down for a visit with his parents and went Deer hunting. i We all attended the F.oad Show J at the Sutherland church. I would hate to be the Judges, for they vere all so good. Mrs. John Clark and Mrs. Bill Clark have returned from a visit to California wlith relatives. Mrs. Bob Clark has cone to Cal-iforn'i Cal-iforn'i for a visit with friends and relatives. ' Mrs. John Clark is in Salt Lake City his week visiting with Jack Clark and wife and the new grand- ?hi!-d. Mtlvln Memmott from Logan and j Mr. md Mrs. Carrell Hansen from Reams, visited their parents over the wetkeiii and took in the Deer Hunt. Sunday night the program was brought by High Councilman Marvin Mar-vin Lovell. The talks were given by Alfred Lake, Leland Sanderson, and Marvin Lovell. A duet "The Holy City" was given by Mr. and Mrs. Larry Clark, accompanied by Janice Western. A good attendance was there. Vivian Talbot, Wanda Bendixon, Sunday night meeting was very fine. High Councilman Eldon Elia-son Elia-son and Frank Lyman and their wives were visitors. Mr. Eliason and Mr. Lyman gave the talks which were very timely and good advice to those at the services. Mrs. Esther Christensen had her daughter Verona, and family, visiting visit-ing over th- weekend. Mis. Edna Christensen had most of her children home for the deer hunt. 11a and family from Salt Lake City; Grant and Glen and families, from Provo, also Merriet from Provo. Roy and Geniel Martin were with the hunters Saturday. They returned Sunday. Other visitors for the hunt and with their folks were Mr. and Mrs. Clisbee Lovell and daughter Vona, from Hunter; 'Mr. and Mrs. Carwin Nielson and family, Edsel Nielson and Onzlow Nielson, Kay Lyman, Allen Lovell and sons, from Sunset. Mr. and Mrs. Monan Lovell and little sons 'visited from Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Antoine Christensen and baby, Mr. and Mrs. Delynn Melva Boothe and Deeann Bendix-ion, Bendix-ion, from Salt Lake City, visited v,i'h their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cal Boothe. Vivian went out and got herself a deer in the North Mountains. N"!.esin, Mrs. Any Faust, a'l Salt Lake City, also were visilois. Mrs. Maggie Elder is at the IDS hospital. Monday she was reported as some better. Mrs. Ilein Olson and Errr.a Nielson Niel-son and children, spent the weekend week-end visiting their parents at Beaver, Bea-ver, while their men were hunting. Mr. and Mrs. 'Marlowe Anderson who have moved to Salt Lake City i-anie to:- a visiit far the weekend and the deer hunt. Oak City people are happy to get ;;ews of the arrival of a baby girl, born Oct. IS, M the Payson hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Eryce Finlinson. The road show Tuesday evening was greeted by a large crowd. It was very fine entertainment and very enjoyable. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roper spent a couple of days in Oak City from Miifoid. Daria AliUredre, Mr. and Mrs. Pike. Dale Melville and Mr. and Mrs. Reed Arnold and children, of Salt Lake City were also seen around during the doer hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Talbot haJ their children Glenda Daryl and Viola, visiting for several clays.
