Mr. Morris was killed in an automobile accident ac-cident which took the lives of three Salt Lake City people. He was the son of Mrs. Logan Morris, former residents of Delta, now living in .Huntington Park. Calif. They returned home Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon McEuen and family ond Mr. and Mrs. Peter Johnson visited here Wednesday. They went on to Idaho Falls, Thursday. The Peter Johnsons will visit in Idaho for some time, the McEuens will journey on home to California, by way of the northwest. north-west. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Nielson received receiv-ed a telephone call from San An-tone, An-tone, Texas, telling of a little daughter, born to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Zitting. Fred is with the army there. They have a little son Robert, who will welcome the new baby sister. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Nielson went house hunting in Provo on Friday. They will move up there for the opening of school where Merrill will attend the BYU. , Phill Nielson and. Mrs. Jane Ash-by Ash-by were In Fillmore for the day, Thursday. Mrs. Ashby is visiting here at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Nielson. Mrs. Carmen (Nielson) Stewart and sons came back from Salt Lake City, Saturday Satur-day evening. They wiU stay here and make several more trips to see their doctor before they return to their home in Las Vegas. Mr. Stewart Stew-art returned home Monday. Mrs. Glenna Vest and children, visited in Milford last week, with Mr. and Mrs. Myron Vest. Mrs. Georgia Whatcott and children chil-dren were here Thursday for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Irvin L. Whatcott. Carl is attending summer sum-mer school in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Thompson and girls drove to Milford, Sunday, and spent the day. Three small ones received their names, Sunday, in church. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Dutson gave their little son the name of Floyd Dean. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Nielson will call their little son, Dean Lee; and Maxine, was the name given to the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Nielson. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Ogden, Orem, visited here over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Harry McCard-ell McCard-ell arid family. Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Hayes and daughters, Barbara and Dian, were down from Salt Lake with members mem-bers of their family here, over Saturday and Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Overson had all their grandchildren home on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Schwab and two sons, were in from Ely, Nevada; and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Christenson and family, have been down for several days from Salt Lake City. Irving" Nielson was home for two days. Mrs. Nielson and Ivy J. took him back to Milford, with their trailer house, where he will live there. Miss Nona Sheriff and Miss Susie Thompson went to Provo, with Mr. Ellis Porter, where he went for the day with the Sheriff family. Mrs. Leona Potts who has been ill, was in Nephi for medical aid, Monday. She expects to enter the hospital there for surgery on Friday. Fri-day. The young people of our ward have enjoyer taking part in the Youth Chorus, conducted by Mr. Ladd Cropper. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Walker visited a few days from their home in Clearfield, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Lovell attended attend-ed a Dutson reunion in Idaho Falls last Friday and Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nielson and sons, Gaylon and Craig, vacationed vacation-ed at Yellowstone Park last week. Miss Rosalie Anderson has returned re-turned home after several weeks visiting at Sunset, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Burnis Finlinson and family left Tuesday morning for Las Vegas, where they will make their home. - Mrs. Angeline Mecham was an Miss Gladys Banks came home from Salt Lake City, Saturday, after a ten-day stay with the Fred Banks family. Friday, she with a group of friends, will leave for Galup, New Mexico, to attend the Indian Ceremonial and Sunday, they will return to Salt Lake City, where they will board a plane for New York City, for a two weeks' vacation. Mrs. Mae Shipley returned home Sunday after a Week's visit at Salt Lake and Ogden. She attended the blessing of a little great- grandson, Roger Lee, at Murray. Pictures were taken of ten living grandparents grand-parents and great-grandparents of me little newcomer. ' ' Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Anderson and son, Ronald, and friend, Louis Woodruff, visited at Bryce Canyon Can-yon last week. Mrs. Laurel Prisbey and little son, Dennis, from Arizona are here for a visit. Mrs. Florence Jones is a patient at the Delta hospital. Her son, James, and daughter, Catherine, are here to be near their mother. Mrs. Jones' conditions is some improved im-proved since Saturday. Mr. Ellis Anderson is a surgery patient at the Delta hospital. He is doing nicely. We all wish him a speedy recovery. Larry Shipley, Virginia Swensen and Joyce Harding were Oak City visitors Sunday and Monday. They returned early Tuesday morning to Salt Lake City. Miss Wilna Wixom spent the past week in Salt Lake City. The little daughter, Muriel, of Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson, was blessed at Fast Meeting Sunday.
