Ray Southwick, who has completed complet-ed his basic training in the U. S, Marine Air Corps and is taking a course in airplane mechanics at San Diego, California telephoned his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Azer Southwick Sunday noon, informing inform-ing them that as soon as the heavy fog which has surrounded the coast has lifted, he will leave on a flight over the Pacific. A special assembly and matinee dance will be held at the high school Friday afternoon.
