U. students, spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Arvil 0. Stone. Mrs. Leonard Peterson and her daughter, Mrs. Odell Peck, visited ' another daughter, Mrs. Wilson Lee, So The People An older gentleman, knowing know-ing of the active support Delia Loveridge has given to the Old Age Pensioner in her legislative service, asked the Commissioner Commis-sioner of Welfare for names and addresses of the Old Age Assistance Group. During the conversation letters were talked talk-ed of, and it was decided that envelopes could be addressed as quickly as making a list. The letters were addressed, and the letter in question, which is printed below was sent to the old folks of Utah County. Many others have also received the letter . . . The legality of the act was never questioned because the old gentleman had no idea old . folks on the welfare rolls were not entitled to receive information infor-mation as to who their friends are. He knew the school teachers were told who had befriended them. He knew labor was told who befriended labor. He knew business men were told who befriended them. He knew Doctors, Dentists, Den-tists, City, County and State employees, firemen, policemen,' sportsmen, he knew all these were told who befriended them The gentleman, of course, could haveNno idea that the old folks had lost their right and privilege to receive any and all information beneficial to them. He had no idea people peo-ple on the welfare program were denied any of the rights Don't fail to vote LOVERIDGE for SENATOR Sincerely, .
