Romney, one of the assistants to the twelve apostles, represented the general authorities of the church at the Lehi stake conference con-ference Saturday nieht and Sundav and gave Inspiring talks at the vari ous sessions. The meetings proved to be very successful. Saturday night a banuet and leadership meeting was held for the bishops, bishop's counselors, ward clerks, presidencies of uorums, high council and stake presidency in the tabernacle. ' At 8:30 a. m. Sunday a meetins was held for members of the welfare committee. At this meeting problems prob-lems concerning the welfare plan were discussed.
