Morton of Magna spent Monday evening visiting visit-ing here with Mr. Morton's mother, who Is in the Lehi hospital receiving receiv-ing treatment for injuries suffered in an auto accident. Robert Gaisford of Eureka, son of Mrs. Sarah E. Gaisford of this city, is receiving treatment at the Bingham hospital for arthritis of the spine. Mrs. Robert Gaisford and Dick Gaisford of Eureka visited vis-ited with relatives here Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. O. R. Ivory and daughter, Jeanne, of Salt Lake City spent Sunday and Monday here with Mr, and Mrs. Stanley Taylor. Mr. Taylor accompanied Mr. Ivory to Lone Tree, Wyoming, for a few days' visit. Miss Irene Meilirig has registered at the University of Utah. She was awarded a scholarship to the university last year, being selected for this award on the basis of her scholarship and activity record at the local high school. Sterling Evans arrived home last week from Seattle, Washington, where he has been employed dur ing the past few months. He en tered school at the Brigham Young university this week. Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Plxton and daughter, Patsy, of Salt Lake City and Bishop and Mrs. Lawrence Dahl and children of West Jordan were guests of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Gardner on Sunday. Mrs. D. C, Tidwell and son, Ray left Monday for their home in Mc- Gill, Nevada, after spending ten days here with her mother, Mrs. B. G. Webb. During her visit here she was entertained at dinner by Mr, and Mrs. Ward Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Webb and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Jense of Pleasant Grove. The Social club members were entertained at the home of Mrs. W. C. Hansen in American Pork last Thursday afternoon.
