C. C. men from the winter camp at Woodscross, where they were transferred last week, - and forty American Fork men to aid in an effort to confine the blaze to the gulch.' The blaze was presumably set by deer hunters. The C. C, C. men were immediately called and arrived ar-rived in the canyon at 4 a. m. Monday Mon-day morning. . Reports Monday night were that unless a wind developed, the lire would be confined to the gulch, but that the blaze was consuming every bit of timber and brush with in its. confines. The men fought diligently to get the fire under control con-trol ' ' Reports from the clerk at the C, C. C. camp late Tuesday after noon were that the fire was well under control.
