Lott in honor of "Grandma" Ilammer: "GRANDMA" HAMMER (On Her 91st Birthday) God decked the world with roses, And filled It with jewels so gay, But never a gem more lovely Than she whom we honor today. She gave her years to service And baffled the spirit of strife, She has known the pangs of sorrow And the fullest of joy in life. Her years have been given to others For her heart is one p,f gold, And surely she will be numbered With the choicest of God's fold. Thursday evening an indoor program was given and Friday evening the M. I. A. members entertained enter-tained the ward members who motored motor-ed to the Dell for the evening, at a bonfire party. ... Annual Reunion Saturday The annual reunion of the Carson family was held Saturday afternoon commencing at 1 p. m. at Saratoga resort.
