The owner was gone from homeC,for about an hour and when she came' home, the vehicle was gone. The only keys were in her -possession. I Business burglary - Money was taken from, a local business after burglars broke through the front doors of the business. Theft - An ice- auger, valued at $100; air conditioner, valued at $100; and a tent, valued at $60; were reported taken from a residence. - J Gas skip - A driver filled hisher vehicle vehi-cle with gas in the amount of $46.54 at a local gas station, then took off without paying. ", Simple assault - A juvenile boy was cited for an assault at Pleasant Grove Junior High School. . Vehicle burglary - A Pyrimid 1800 amplifier valued at $400; Ultimate speakers speak-ers in a box, $300; and a Pioneer CD player play-er valued at $300 were "reported taken from a vehicle. Controlled substance problem - An adult man was cited and released for driv-ing-on-suspension, possession of marijuana marijua-na in a drug-free zone, and possession of paraphernalia in a drug-free zone. Controlled substance problem -Three adult men were arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after an officer patrolling the area at the top of 500 North in the catch basin observed a white vehicle parked near the south spillway in the catch basin. Making contact with the vehicle's occupants, he could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana. He asked if he could perform a consent search and when told he could, found marijuana and paraphernalia. Arrest - The passenger in a vehicle stopped for a brake light violation was arrested for a warrant, and was later found to be in possession of cocaine in a drug-free zone. Theft - Copper wire was reported stolen from a construction trailer parked on a construction site. The trailer was also damaged. Lindon City signs T-Mobiie tower agreement By Harlow Clark Lindon's City Council approved an agreement with T-Mobile Feb. 17 to locate 100-foot tower in the northeast corner of the Public Works property, between the Public Works building and the LDS cannery. can-nery. The tower would be the height of the Sprint tower in upper city park. The lease is for 25 years in 5-year 5-year increments. Jerome Gurley of T-Mobile T-Mobile said- the tower would be co-locatable for two other carriers with 10-foot 10-foot separations between carriers.' "The only rule is there are no rules," he said, later adding, "If you want half a dozen locks, come get them."
