Their mar-DE2 mar-DE2 was later solemnized in PRC Salt Lake Temple on njsber 3, 1958. the ; d:- Glenda resided in Salt Lake City for the first 10 years of her marriage moving to Orem in 1944. She was very active in the lives of her children and in her church callings serving as a Primary President for 12 years. She loved to teach little children. She worked at the Community Press retiring at the age of 72. After her husband's hus-band's death in June, 1984 she became very involved with the Orem Senior Citizens. She had many wonderful friends there and enjoyed the Saturday night dances, serving as the committee chairman for many years. She also helped every day in the kitchen, helping serve lunch to many other Senior Citizens. She enjoyed going on trips with these friends and traveled to many places. She is survived by one son and three daughters: Norman L. (Rosanne) Nielsen, Phyllis McAffee (Peter) Webb, Cheryl N. (Monty) Colyar of Orem, Linda H. (Kirby) Potter of Syracuse, UT; 26 grandchildren; grandchil-dren; and 38 great-grandchildren. She is also survive by a brother, Doward (Betty Rae) Bronson of Shelley, ID; two sisters, sis-ters, Reta Newman, of Salt Lake City, UT and Melba Ward of Roy, UT. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy N. Nielsen, three brothers, two sisters, and a great-granddaughter. Funeral services were held Saturday, February 15th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem. Burial was held in the Orem City Cemetery.
