Trent is the son of Brad and LaNae Kirkham, and is a member of BSA Troop 800, sponsored by the American Fork 25th Ward. For his leadership project, Trent installed three wooden flagpoles at the Mutual Dell Amphitheater. Am-phitheater. He and his friends collected deadfall, peeled bark, knocked off knots, sanded and treated the poles, dug holes and poured cement for the support poles in order to hang one 20' and two 15' flagpoles. Trent loves scouting, and has attended Timberline and earned his Heart of Scouting award. He also is active in soccer and plays the French Horn. Trenton will be awarded his Eagle at special Court of Honor to be held on Wednesday, October 22, at 7:00 at the American Fork 25th Ward building, 445 East 300 North, American Fork, UT. We will be having a special presentation presenta-tion by Skymasters. Born in 1918, in Monroe, Mon-roe, Utah, she is the last surviving daughter of James and Annie Magleby Brown. She graduated from South Sevier High School and Snow College, then worked in Salt Lake City for several years. She married Lynn Ransom Nils-son Nils-son on September 9, 1948. They had been married for 57 years when he passed away in 2006. Janis has three children. 12 grandchildren and 21 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. She is a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is also a good neighbor and friend to all. She is in good health and still maintains her home and yard. A family celebration is planned to honor her. Elder Bodily will speak in the Grovecreek 8th Ward at 1200 N 730 E, Pleasant Grove on Sunday, October 19, at 11 a.m. Brayden is the son of Kevin and Jilane Bodily. He is the grandson of the Charles and Luella Williamson William-son of Pleasant Grove and Lowell and Pat Bodily of Bountiful. They drove form Houston, Texas to Bordentown, New Jersey to celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary an-niversary with their daughter Ge-neive Ge-neive and husband Wayne Boone. Mavis and Homer love to travel and are never in a hurry to get to a destination. They take time to both visit with friends along the way, and enjoy the scenery. Homer is a retired Chief Master Sergeant, USAF, and Mavis has traveled with him on numerous assignments. They have spent time in Canada, Italy, Germany, the Philippines Islands and many state side assignments. They have just returned from this trip to New Jersey and are now planning their next one. Traveling is their number one priority in life. They say "this is what retirement is all about." The have two daughters, Ge-neive Ge-neive and Nena, also one grandson grand-son an two granddaughters. Ge-neive Ge-neive and Wayne have a daughter who is an MD, interning to be a vascular surgeon, presently in Manhattan, New York. Nena and husband David have a son attending attend-ing Texas A&M University, College Col-lege Station, Texas and a daughter, daugh-ter, Jaimie, who is a senior in high school at Cinco Ranch, Texas.
