A 39-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct. The two men are friends and had ordered pizza from a local business. busi-ness. FAIRFIELD MEDICAL EMERGENCY - A girl was injured in an ATV accident acci-dent on May 25 in the Five-Mile-Pass area. While riding up a steep incline, the ATV flipped over on her. RETAIL THEFT One individual indi-vidual was arrested for retail theft involving the taking of a 18-pack of beer, a 24-pack of beer, and recorded Media CD-R discs from a local business. Upon questioning witnesses, police determined de-termined that a former employee had brought a loaded .32 caliber revolver inside the store. He was allegedly showing the gun to friends when the gun discharged. Officers recovered the gun from the suspect at his residence. The suspect is being charged with several weapons offenses.
