Show Thursday, August 9, 2007 NORTH COUNTY NEWSPAPERS PageUp Eagle Mountain City EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED WAIVER OF FEES FOR A NONPROFIT ENTITY Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 10-8-2, the Eagle Mountain City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 21 , 2007 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1 650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comment on a request re-quest from Mike's Guardian Eagle Foundation to waive fees, including but qot limited to building permit and impact fees associated with building build-ing of the "Home for a Hero" project. The request details the approximate approxi-mate amount of total fees to be waived in the amount of $19,178. The request does not exceed 1 of the City's budget for the fiscal year as mandated by State law. It is anticipated the City Council will act on this request that evening. The public is invited to attend the public hearing. Information regarding the proposed waiver, including the application for waiver of fees is currently cur-rently available for inspection at the Eagle Mountain City Offices, 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
