Heather is the daughter of the late John and the late Dolly Shugart of Kanab. She is a massage mas-sage therapist, Ryan is the son of Scott and Nancy Litke of American Fork. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints to the Russia Moscow South Mission and is working as a Real Estate Agent. Friends and family honored the newlyweds that same evening at the Alpine Arts Center, in Alpine. The couple will make their home in Orem. Jonathan Heyn and Haylee June Cuthbert are happy to announce an-nounce their upcoming marriage. The ceremony will be Friday, Fri-day, Dec. 15, 2006 in the Mount Timpanogos IDS Temple. Haylee is the daughter of Reid and Carla Cuthbert and Jonathan is the son of Robert and Yolanda Heyn of Lehi. Haylee is a graduate of Mountain Moun-tain View High School and is in her final year at Brigham Young University as a soccer playerstudent. playerstu-dent. Jonathan graduated from Lehi High School. He served in the Argentina, Ar-gentina, Buenos Aires West Mission Mis-sion and is an economics major at Brigham Young University. Tel Dyer of Highland has earned his Eagle Scout Award. Tel is the son of Devin and Sta-cey Sta-cey Dyer. He is in the 8th grade at American Fork Junior High. Tel's Court of Honor will be held Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006 at 6 p.m. in the Larsen Park Church Building, 6000 West 9800 North, in Highland. For his eagle project, Tel stained the Utah Daughters of the Pioneers Historical Cabin located in Highland City Heritage Park. He would like to thank Jones Pain and Glass, Highland City, and all those who helped with this project. Elder McKay Frandsen, son of Dan and Dana Frandsen of American Ameri-can Fork has been called to serve in the Alaska Anchorage LDS Mission. He will speak in a sacrament meeting Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. at the Harbor Ward Chapel, Cha-pel, 600 South 100 West, American Ameri-can Fork.
