Traffic accident - Autobicycle - Officers Offi-cers were dispatched to a report of a traffic traf-fic accident involving a vehicle backing out of a driveway that had struck a 3-year-old on a bicycle. The 3-year-old was transported transport-ed to the hospital by ambulance. Intoxication - An 18-year-old male was arrested for intoxication and illegal consumptionpossession of alcohol after officers observed the suspect lying on the ground next to a vehicle in a business parking lot of a local business.
