He was born November 1 4, 1968, in Pasadena, California, to Irvin James and Lois Ann C a r d o n Brooks. He mar ried Tish Erickson August 26, 1994, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Glen enjoyed watching and participating in all sports and recently ran in the Logan marathon. He had a BS in Criminology and Sociology and a Master's Mas-ter's Degree from the University Uni-versity of Utah. He was a social worker at the Utah State Hospital Forensic Unit. He was constantly con-stantly studying and gaining gain-ing knowledge. He especial ly loved his girls and his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his wife, Tish, and their daughters, daugh-ters, McKaylee, Marissa, and McKenna; also his mother, Lois Cardon, American Amer-ican Fork; a brother, Brad Brooks, two sisters, Melissa Niedermeyer and Tara Hickman; his father and mother-in-law, Steven and Lucille Erickson; and a brother-in-law, Kim Erickson. Gary Mark Harding Monica Vera Perram Johnson, 88, died Thursday, April 17, 2003, at rr ""3 American Fork Hospital Hos-pital of causes inci dent to age. M o n i c was born June 1, 1914, in Outremont Quebec, Canada, Cana-da, to Hugh Carlton and Nora Young Perram. At age 10 she moved with her family to Southern California Cal-ifornia where she spent most of her youth. She enjoyed tennis, swimming, and most of all, the beach. She graduated from Santa Monica City College and later the Montreal School of Nursing, During World War II she served in the Army Nursing Corp in France. In 1947 she married Irvin W. Johnson and moved to Lehi, UT. She was employed as a Registered Nurse at American Ameri-can Fork Hospital until her retirement in 1980. A faithful faith-ful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in several sever-al church positions. In her later years she became greatly involved in genealo-.gy genealo-.gy and family history. Monica is survived by her children; Ann (Calvin) Jeppson of Highland, Hugh (Karen) Johnson of American Ameri-can Fork, and Kerry (Mark) Bloxham of Downey, ID; 12 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 24, 2003, at the Lehi Seventh Ward Chapel, 1149 N 300 W, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family fam-ily may call at the church, Thursday, one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Lehi City Cemetery with military honors by the Vererans of Foreign Wars. Gary Mark Harding, son of Golda Norlyene Harding and the late Eldon R. Harding, passed away April 16 due to of Asthma, a challenge he has struggled with since birth. Mark was born in American Fork. He was an active member mem-ber of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Oakland, California Mission. Later in life he served as a Stake Young Adult Representative, Representa-tive, Olympic Volunteer, and various other positions of responsibility. Mark was employed as a commercial truck driver for Federal Express where the little guy proved himself capable of driving big trucks. Mark also had a keen interest in paleontology, paleontol-ogy, which led him to be an expert in this field. Mark was an accomplished accom-plished sculptor of dinosaurs and developed many friendships while working for Western Pale-ontological Pale-ontological Laboratories, Inc. He has pieces displayed in the North American Museum of Ancient Life located at Thanksgiving Point, including a Quetzal-coutlus Quetzal-coutlus located in the main lobby of the Museum. Surviving family members mem-bers include his mother, Norlyene Harding; his brothers, Randy, Duane, and Lance; and his sister, Debra Kay Thomas. Mark was the favorite uncle for many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Monday, April 21, in the American Fork 13th Ward Chapel. Burial ' was in American Fork Cemetery, under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary. Gary A. Warner Former American Fork resident Gary A. Warner, 56, passed away peacefully at his home in Lallabra, Calif, on April 18, 2003, after a four year battle with cancer. He was born Jan. 15, 1947, in Lynwood, Calif, to Max and Marian Warner. He attended schools in Lynwood until August 1960 when he moved with his family to American Fork. He graduated from American Ameri-can Fork High School in 1965 and attended Trade Tech for one year before enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1966. He served four years aboard the aircraft carrier Hornet during the Vietnam Conflict. He witnessed two Apollo splashdowng with President Richard Nixon aboard the Hornet. Plus Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Caribbean and Mexico and many of the states including includ-ing Hawaii. He was able to attend several of his class reunions, as well as his Navy reunions. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, twin son, Keith (Nicole) Warner and Kevin Warner; one grandson and his mother, all of California; a sister, Marilyn (Richard) Dahlke; two nieces and a nephew, all of Las Vegas, Nev.; three aunts, an uncle and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by is father. Services and burial were at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sis-ter, and friend, was called home to her Heavenly Heav-enly Father on April 17, 2003, and joyfully reunited with her father, sister, and many other loved ones. She will be physically departed from her loving husband of 29 years, Lynn Rockne Allan, her four children, their spouses, and her six precious pre-cious grandchildren; Michelle Allan Conner, (Shane, TylerAnn, Rivers, Gavin); Jason David Allan, (Kristi, Brock); Rebecea Allan Pavelka (Malin, Taylor, Tay-lor, Jordan); and Kimberly Allan Sikander (Khalilul-lah). (Khalilul-lah). Janene will also be greatly great-ly missed by her mother, Elizabeth Nance and her five brothers, (Jim, Steve, Mike, Paul, and David), their wives and children. Her father-in-law, Leonard Marvin Allan, one brother- in-law, four sisters-in-law, their spouses and children, will miss her association and her laugh. Janene was born October 7th, 1953 and had 49 years of fun and love. Shi Loved watching sports through the lens of a video camera, camping, fishing, and sharing shar-ing her Disneyland experiences experi-ences with her family, the center of her life, saying, "If we get separated, meet at the wishing well." She touched many lives with her wonderful personality, love of life, service in the church, and love of the gospel. We love you and we will see you again at the wishing wish-ing well. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 26, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lehi Utah Stake Center, 200 North Center St. Friends and family may call at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E, Main, Lehi, Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the church, Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
