Show Community Action Agency Given New Authorization The Department of Housing and Urban Development have authorized au-thorized Utah County Community Action Agency to administer the counseling provisions of housing programs for low and moderate income families. This is the first such authorization author-ization to be gien in Utah and it will enable persons within the Utah County areato receive home management training and budget counseling under the provisions of the 237 section of National Housing Act and other programs designed to makehomeownership possible for low and moderate income persons. Through a community effort, counseling will be given free of charge to persons whose credit rating or income statis would prevent them from qualifying for loans.
