Show r i - 1 : j t '.si r I i ' jT&! , Open House Invites Public to View Hew Mobile Home Park Development ATTRACTIVE SETTING PROVIDES backdrop for mobile home park owners Mr. and Mrs. Neil Carlisle as they look over plans for further development of the 75 unit park. Each mobile home lot is landscaped, includes novel lamps, mail box and utility connections in original design by Mr. Carlisle. Public is invited to openhouse Saturday to view improvements, park design and features. will include a recreation center. Names in the development will subsequently be designated. A garden entrance will greet visitors following the installa tion of the small park which has been planned to serve tenants. A barbecue, tables and patio area will be included in a beautifully landscaped setting where park residents may entertain or hold family parties. A grape stake fence surrounds the park and fountains and other decorative features are to be installed as the development is completed. The park has space for 75 mobile homes, with further ac reage available for expansion should it be needed. All utilities are underground and no over head wires detract from the view of the mountains and the lake. Extremely high standards are required of tenant units and either Mr. Carlisle or Darrel Rhodes, park manager, makes a personal inspection of a unit before it is moved to the park. Skirting is required to be in place around each unit within 30 days after. moving in. This totally new con cept in mobile home park devel opment in the community is an attractive, inviting, convenient way of life for the 35 families presently residing in the new development. Carefully planned by owner Neil Carlisle to present the best features of mobile home life, the park has been designed for optimum performance, rather than minimum requirements. All tenants are carefully screened and must place a new unit in the park when they move in. Concrete pads are 14 feet wide, with some 28 feet pads also installed in-stalled for the few double wide units with each lot. An innoca- tion in utility service was provided pro-vided by Mr. Carlisle who designed de-signed a modern lighting fixture which serves multiple purpose in the park. The unit provides street lighting for night safety and illumination, mail boxes are attached at-tached to either side of the post, with electrical meters installed in the unit base. The name of the resident is also placed at the top of the light for easy identification id-entification of the tenant. All tenants must agree to acceptable lot maintenance as part of their contract. Working to make the park a pleasant community, Mr. Carlisle Car-lisle planned streets 46 feet wide, and sidewalks are also included in the design. Light refreshments will be ser ved and a ribbon cutting officiated over by Miss American Fork and Mayor Neal Savage will be conducted con-ducted at 5:30 p.m. Hostesses will be on hand to conduct visitors through the park and answer questions concerning this newest concept of community living.
