RIBBON 58 HASH FDOZED MEATS A LOW LOW PRICES FILL YOUR FREEZER Receipts of Utah's 5,976 serv ice businesses in 1967 wre$221 million, an increase of 27 per cent over the amount grossed in 1963, according to a report from the 1967 Census of Business just issued by the U. S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of the Census. Salt Lake County led all coun ties in theState with service business busi-ness receipts of $148 million. Weber County was second with $21 million in receipts. Leading the cities was Salt Lake with $115 million in receipts. re-ceipts. In second place was Og-den Og-den with $19 million, followed by South Salt Lake with $14 million. Persona? services (landrles, beauty shops, etc) $44 million, up 25 per cent. Miscellaneous business services serv-ices $59 million, up 46 per cent. Auto repair, auto services, garages $39 million, up 37 per cent. Miscellaneous repair services $19 million, up 21 per cent. Motion pictures $16 million, up 16 per cent. Other amusement, recreation services $12 million, down 15 per cent. These figures and others concerning con-cerning selected service trades In the State and in the Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas, counties and cities within the State, appear in the report: 1967 Census of Business, Selected services, Utah, which may be purchased from the Superintendent Superintend-ent of Documents, Washington, D. C. 20402. The price is 55 cents. Census reports now being issued is-sued include data for States, counties, cities, etc., on retail, wholesale and service trades. Nelson of Lehl has Joined the Estate Planning Associates Asso-ciates as a consultant. Mr. Nelson Nel-son brings to the firm, nine years of experience in life insurance and financial planning; three years of this time was spent as an Agency Manager for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He has achieved many outstanding accomplishments including in-cluding four Honor Club qualifications qualifi-cations and one President's Club qualification and each year has been a leading producer. Mr. Nelson is a graduate of the Life Underwriter Training Council and has also served as an instructor of that course. Ha has successfully completed Part I of the C.L.U. studies and has completed supplemental courses in business insurance, advanced underwriting, estate planning and pensions. Mr. Nelson Is a member or the Central Utah Life Underwri ters Association and has held membership in the Salt Lake Association and Central Utah Estate Es-tate Planning Council. He Is also a licensed representative of the National Association of Security Dealers. He and his wife Connie and three sons, RIky, Todd and Kur-tis Kur-tis reside in Lehl, and are very active in church and community affairs.
