The all day seminor was designed for those contemplating a golf course for their commun.",', those presently constructing a golf course, those currently operating a golf course, and those desiring a knowledge of golf course development and operation. Guest speakers gave of their "wealth of experience and expertise" in speaking and answering questions of those present. The seminor was sponsored by Brigham Young University and the National Golf Foundation. AM. FORK CAMP OF DUP ENJOYS CHRISTMAS MEETING The American Fork Camp on the Daughters of Utah Pioneers held their Christmas meeting at the home of Gloria Scoville on Monday, Dec. 17. Capt. Alice Lund conducted and the minutes min-utes were read by Virgie War-nick. War-nick. Nida Hall offered the prayer and also gave a Christmas poem. She then read a thank you note from Gordon Larsen. Gloria Scoville was in charge of a Christmas program. Steven Schoville told a story and Edwin Scoville and Lynette Morrill sang a Christmas song. They were accompanied by Nancy Peterson. A group of children then sang several Christmas songs accompanied by Mr. Scoville on the guitar. Singing were Rhonda, Randy and Ray-lene Ray-lene Rask, Sharon Bowman, Bart Morrill, Sharma Morrill and Craig, Steven, Sandra and Rickie Scoville. Delicious refreshments were served by Mariam Park, Thel-ma Thel-ma Crandall, La Rue Gaisford , and Madeline Beal. Sixteen of 44 persons arrested on drug-related charges late Monday and early Tuesday were arraigned in Utah County courts Tuesday. Police Chief Michael Ferre of Pleasant Grove said 25 of the warrants served were for felonies, felon-ies, including three buglary charges. Three of the 44 persons arrested were juveniles, Chief Ferre said. Most of the other warrants served were for misdemeanors resulting from a raid in American Ameri-can Fork about a week ago. More than 20 law enforcement officers participated in the raids which began at 8 p.m. and continued con-tinued until 3 a.m. Tuesday thoughout northern Utah County-Officers taking part were from American Fork, Alpine, Orem and Pleasant Grove police departments, Utah Highway High-way Patrol, the Region 4 Narcotics Narco-tics Task Force, and the Utah Liquor Law Enforcement officer of-ficer and the State Parks and Recreation Department. All adults arrrested were processed at the Pleasant Grove Police Department and transferred trans-ferred to the Utah County jail. In Provo City Court, Tuesday, bail was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 property for all but one person. The complaints were signed by Pleasant Grove police officer Alex Hunt. Charged with sale of marijuana mari-juana and preliminary hearing dates are: Robert and Fran Chadsey, both 19, 222 N. 1200 West, American Fork (Jan. 3); Steven Whitehead, 20, 60 S. 1300 East, Pleasant Grove (Jan 6); Leland McClure, 19, 395 E. 700 North, Pleasant Grove (Jan. 3); and John College, no age listed, 329 E. 700 North, American Fork (Jan. 3). Others charged in Provo arraignments ar-raignments include: Ranch Eugene Eu-gene Brown, 20, Lindon, sale of marijuana, arranging and theft (Jan. 7); Craig Lee Peck, 22, 98 Roosevelt Ave., American Fork, sale of marijuana and resorting (Jan. 2); Chris Mills Migliac-cio, Migliac-cio, 20, 28 W. 100 South.
