Show THE AMERICAN FORK CITIZEN, Thursday, October 28, 1961 Former X F. Man Admitted to Colo. Bar, Assn. ; News has been received of the graduation and acceptance to the bar of Richard D. Sei-bel, Sei-bel, former resident of American Ameri-can Fork. Mr. Se'ibel is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Seibel of Pleasant Grove, also formerly former-ly of American Fork. The Ralph Selbels attended their son's graduation last June from the University of Denver, Dt'nver, Colo., where he received receiv-ed his Bachelor of Laws degree. He was in the top four standing stand-ing in his class. He also received re-ceived the American urispru-dence urispru-dence Award for Excellence' In Constitutional Law. In July he took the Colorado Bar exam for admission to the Colorado Bar Association. On Oct. 6, he took the oath and was admitted to the association associa-tion before Justice C. Otto Mooreln the Colorado Supreme Court. The oath-taking before Justice Alfred A. Arraj in the United States District Court, admitted him to practice before be-fore the Federal Bench in Colorado. It was revealed that Dick was in .the upper bracket of his group. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering at Stanford University, Palo Alto, Calif. ' He is at present employed at the Denver Research Institute1 Denver, Colorado and is the branch Chief of the Thermal Physical Properties Laboratory, in the Metallurgical Division there. Dick attended school in American Am-erican Fork and graduated from the American Fork High School. Civil Defense First Aid Classes First Aid classes under the? direction of Civil Defense workers wor-kers will be taught Monday, Oct. 30, through Friday, Nov. 3, at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., with Mrsr Joyce Brady as the authorized auth-orized instructor.
