Show THE AMERICAN FORK CITIZEN, Thursday, July 23, 1959 Funeral Services Conducted, for William Crystal William James Crystal, 79, was found dead Wednesday, July 15, at 4 pm. at his residence resi-dence In American Fork, of undetermined un-determined but apparently natural causes. Funeral services serv-ices were conducted Monday at 11 am. In the Seventh Ward Chapel by Bishop Earl Chad-wick. Chad-wick. Speakers were Wilford Storrs and F. Haws Durfey, with re- marks by the bishop. Musical selections for the services included an organ solo by Doris Crystal; vocal duet "Softly and Tenderly, Jesus is Calling" "by Mable Small and Mirl Scott, accompanied by Louise Scott. Doris Crystal played the prelude and post-lude post-lude music. Prayer at the mortuary was given by Gayle Julian; Elijah 4- Chipman offered the invocation and the benediction was pronounced pro-nounced by Wilson Welsh. Frank Greenwood dedicated the grave in the American Fork Cemetery. Pallbearers included James Crystal, Sidney Crystal, , Glen Crystal, Donald Weeks, Harold Greenwood and Dennie Gra-ham. Gra-ham. Mr. Crystal was born on February Feb-ruary 13, 1880. in American Fork, a son of James Andrew and Sarah Jane Barratt Crystal. Crys-tal. He married Ruth Walker on April 13, 1904, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
