Approximately $15,000 will be needed to balance these accounts, ac-counts, the auditor declared, and the money will be transferred trans-ferred from the building improvements im-provements budget, another account ac-count within the general fund, which has a surplus of $28,000, he said. The largest Increase apparently appar-ently will go to the poor and Indigent fund to meet payments for construction of the Eldred Sunset Manor Foundation. These payments were not anticipated anti-cipated when the original budget bud-get was set up. Commissioner Verl O. Dixon said the fund may be Increased from $60,000 to $150,000 because construction of the foundation the non-profit, privately operated op-erated successor to the Utah County Infirmary is running "four to five months ahead of schedule." The . fund, originally allotted $100,000, currently shows a balance bal-ance of about $50,000, the auditor audi-tor said. The increase will be met with revenue expected this fall from a 2 mill tax levy. The county already has paid $150,000 from infirmary fund for construction of the million dollar foundation, but building costs will be met from the poor and indigent fund from here on out, he added. -The federal government is sharing half the cost of the structure. An Increase -In the $308,500 highway budget also appears likely, but the amount of the deficiency appropriation " will not be determined for about two weeks, said Sterling D. Jones, commissioner in charge of roads. Commissioner Jones said status of the fund will not be known -until-after cities and towns reimburse the county for road work completed within municipal limits this, summer. The auditor estimated the following additional appropriations appropria-tions will be nejeded to balance accounts within the general fund: commission, $1,300: clerk, $700; attorney, $845; sheriff, $1,600; Jail, $1,200; precinct courts, $5,500, and courthouse and rounds, $3,000. A request for a boost In the Juvenile court burget, which already al-ready is in the red, has not yet been received, he said.
