Leading a caravan that will travel 10 days on the highways and byways of the state, Miss Chugg and attendants Merrls Hendricks, Richmond, and Connie Con-nie Burgon, Mldvale, will call upon up-on mayors and newspaper publishers pub-lishers and other local leaders In 37 communities. To these people they will present gifts of Utah Swiss and Cheddar cheeses. Scheduled to greet the caravan in American Fork Is De Ann Long, of Orem, County Dairy Princess. While here, Miss Chugg and her party will present their gifts to Mayor George Scott and F. Oaisford, publisher of the American Fork Cltisen. The Cheese Festival tour Is an expression of the confidence of Utah's dairy Industry in the superior quality of its own pro ducts. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF AMERICAN FORK CITY, UTAH: SECTION 726. Public Utility Substations. In all residential zones, public utility substations shall meet the requirements of this Chapter. SECTION 727. Lot Area. Each public utility substation in a residential zone shall be located lo-cated on a lot sufficient to conform con-form with all setback ordinances in said zones. SECTION 728. Yards. Each public utility substation In a residential zone shall be provided pro-vided with a yard on each of the four sides of the building not less than 8 feet In width, except that for such stations located on lots fronting on a street abutted by one or more residential lots, the front yard, and side yards shall equal those required for a single-family residence in the same zone. SECTION 729. 8treet Access. Each public utility substation In a residential zone shall be located lo-cated on a lot which has adequate ade-quate access from a street, alley or easement. SECTION 730. Location to be Approved. The location of public utility substations In a residential zone must be approved by the City Council after recommendations by the Planning Board. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary for the Immediate, preservation of the peace, health and safety of American Fork City that this Or dlnance take effect upon Its first publication. - This Ordinance shall take ef fect upon Its passage and first publication.
